Kominotem mobile application and its associated software are proprietary software owned by Kominotem. All rights reserved.

Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Kominotem grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Kominotem application on your personal mobile device
• Use the application for your personal, non-commercial use
• Access and use the services provided through the application

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software

Termination
